What Materials Are Used in Your LED Illuminated Signs?
We use a combination of high-quality materials to ensure durability, brightness, and a premium finish for both front-lit and backlit LED signs:
Front-Lit Signs
- Front Panel:
Made from PC (polycarbonate) sheets with a UV coating on the surface for enhanced weather resistance.
PC is more flexible and impact-resistant than acrylic, making it less prone to cracking or damage. - Starlight Series Panels:
Made from PETG, a high-performance polymer, where the front and side are seamlessly printed as one piece, creating a smooth, integrated look.
Backlit Signs
- Front Panel Options:
- PC sheets with UV coating for a clean, modern look
- Brushed stainless steel with inlaid design, offering a more premium, upscale appearance
Side Material (All Signs)
- All side panels are made from PETG, known for:
- Excellent strength and toughness
- High light transmittance and clarity
- Chemical resistance
- Scratch resistance
- Long-term durability
Back Panel
- Standard option: 4mm high-density PVC board (also known as foam board or Sintra board)
- For signs that also need to be backlit, we use 4mm milky white or clear acrylic for better light diffusion
Lighting
- All signs use LED modules inside for energy-efficient, bright, and long-lasting illumination.
Back Panel:
Typically uses 4mm high-density PVC board (also known as foam board or Sintra board).
If backlit is required, we use 4mm translucent or white acrylic instead to allow light diffusion.
Lighting:
All signs are illuminated using high-efficiency LED modules for bright, energy-saving performance.
